Meet the owner Nivia Green who has been a healthcare professional since 2000. Nivia began her career as a CNA and phlebotomist from 2000-2004; worked as a LPN from 2004-2019; and in 2020 she obtained her RN. She created this company in 2015 because of the compassion to take care of others, and help others achieve their goals to move forward in a fulfilling career in healthcare. Excellence in Healthcare is rooted in the belief “that we will always set the standard.”
Nivia believes that because she keeps God at the core and head of her life “she can do all things, and she cannot fail!”
